Adriano Spaillat
is the U.S. representative for New York’s 13th congressional district and the first Dominican American and first formerly illegal immigrant to serve in Congress. He previously served in the New York State Senate and the New York State Assembly.
Espaillat was a ranking member of the New York Senate Housing, Construction and Community Development Committee and chaired the Senate Latino Caucus.
Khaleel M. Anderson
Assembly Member Khaleel Anderson was elected to serve Assembly District 31 in Queens for his first term in November 2020.
Anderson graduated from Queens College in 2019 with a degree in Urban Studies.

Hailing from Taiwan in the Republic of China, Kelly came to the U.S. at age 17. She graduated from Queens College CUNY with a degree in Accounting and Economics.
Donaldson F. Conserve, MS, PhD
is an Associate Professor in the Department of Prevention and Community Health in the Milken Institute School of Public Health at the George Washington University. His research focuses on implementing and disseminating evidence-based HIV prevention, care, and treatment interventions for scale-up and population impact.
Felipe Luciano
is a prominent and dynamic Afro-Puerto Rican public figure in the Latino community and one of its foremost activists, pundits, lecturers, writers and journalists. He is a two-time Emmy Award-winning reporter and was the first Puerto Rican news anchor of a major media network station in the United States at WNBC-TV New York. In 1969 he co-founded New York City’s Young Lords Party for which he also served as Chairman. He currently hosts “Latin Roots” on WBAI in New York, which he originally founded and produced in 1972 as the first English language program in the United States to feature Latin culture and music and to develop an ethnically and racially diverse audience.
