Program Requirements

All active Queens College SEEK and SEEK Incubator Students, whether you are enrolled this semester or you have “stopped out for a minute”, are required to accrue 10 credit hours of self-growth through program services and programming.

You can accrue 10 or more hours with a mix of :

  • SEEK counseling appointments,

  • SEEK Career consultation, 

  • SEEK Writing Consultation services ,

  • STEM and Learning Center appointments

  • SEEK Town Halls SEWS (SEEK Enrichment Workshops & Seminars)

  • SEWS (SEEK Enrichment Workshops & Seminars)
  • Campus events that are co-sponsored by SEEK

For those online, unenrolled or with working responsibilities there are a series of virtual opportunities that you can also attend.
